ISO 9001 certification
Sveti Martin na Muri, 18.01.2022
Last week, the first recertification audit was held in our company by the auditing company SGS Adriatica d.o.o. As part of the audit, all work processes and activities in the past year were checked. The result was more than satisfactory, so we were granted a new certificate, which is also proof of quality control carried out in our company. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the employees for their efforts.
What is the ISO 9001 standard?
ISO 9001 is an international standard for Quality Management Systems, published by ISO (International Organization for Standardization). A quality management system, often called a QMS, is a set of policies, processes, documented procedures, and records. This collection of documentation defines a set of internal rules that prescribe how a company manufactures and delivers a product or service to its customers. The quality management system must be tailored to the needs of the company, the products and services it provides, and the ISO 9001 standard provides guidelines to ensure all the important elements needed for a successful QMS. Through the implementation and realization of documented procedures, the quality of the delivered product or service is ensured, so the possession of a certificate of the implemented standard is an indicator of the organization and seriousness of the company that owns it.
